On my first stop I visited Dean Volk’s Clinic in Concord, North Carolina. I was joined by both clinic owners from the area and staff that were new to the clinic.

One common theme that was touched on at this stop was having confidence and certainty. As a young soccer PT, I learned that having these two traits was crucial to winning a patients trust.
