If you've hired staff, then you want to make sure you're getting the best ROI - but at the same time be sure that you're not overloading them with the more and more things to do, just because you're paying them.

There's a delicate balance to maintain and I introduce you to the 10-80-10 formulae that I use to make sure my staff are productive as well as how I get so many things done, in many different businesses, in two different countries, without getting too involved in it all.
