In this one I get to interview a PT who signed for a clinic in Louisiana, in the week before hurricane Katrina.
Needless to say it wasn’t a good start for Paul Jones.
However, listen to this Podcast to hear how Paul eventually got his clinic up and running and how he’s made it all the way to having three clinics that don’t rely upon him treating patients.
Paul only steps back into patient care when he wants to these days and now spends most of his time at the business end of the business; reading the numbers, recruiting and looking for new opportunities to grow.
In this interview, you’ll hear Paul talk about his tips for interviewing, letting go of control, why it’s ok to let people off the bus, why you should always be recruiting and what Paul does to market his clinic without needing to worry about doctors.
