Value Layers: More Proof Why You Can’t Grow A Practice On Clinical Skills Alone

This is another segment from the January 2019 UK and European Mastermind… this time I introduce the group to the FOUR different value layers that exist when a customer is choosing who to buy from.

What you’ll discover on this episode is that if you exist on product alone – i.e clinical skills – you’re making it very difficult to ever grow a clinic that is not dependant upon you as the owner. There’s so much more to value than just getting to see someone who has good massage or stretching skills, and on this podcast I’ll share with you exactly what that is.

If you’re following along to these podcasts/audio experiences in order, you’ll hear some of this stuff having come from the Annual Planning meeting with my team that took place just 3 days earlier.

And if you’re interested in joining Mastermind and how you can get in a room full of like-minded business owners learning more about these types of skills, the best place to begin is with Paul's one day Strategic Planning Workshop that happens in Orlando every Quarter. Where you'll have the chance to sit down and do 12 months of planning with Paul inside of one day.
