Highlight From Sales & Conversions Bootcamp

This week in my media office we’ve been preparing the video and audio from the incredible 2-Day Sales and Conversions Bootcamp that took place in San Diego in December (www.ptprofitacademy.com/sales).

This audio experience is the first part of day 2's opening session - you’ll hear me reflecting on what the “65" PT's in the room learned the day before…

Specifically: what and how people really buy from a PT… the problem that we should be solving first… how to overcome an objection and what to do to get less objections… how delayed gratification is a problem for sales… and an introduction to something called “cognitive dissonance” which affects your patients decision making (not in a good way for either parties!).

This is a sneak preview of my most attended event of last year, where I spent two days revealing the science of selling and walked through how to get better at conversions in the cash pay setting.
