This call talks about the process for creating a target, identifying the critical drivers that will take you there and the milestones that will help you know whether or not you are on course to hit the target - and, crucially, how to identify how far you actually are from it…

When you know what the gap actually is - it is easy to know where to put your energy to start to bridge it. This is a classic example of what I call “strategic thinking” and if you can spend more doing that, than just hustling” or working harder, most of the problems in your business will be easily solved with way less effort and energy…

Whether you have a marketing, sales, recruitment, leadership, culture - or finance problem in your business - you will not solve it with the same level of thinking that got you into the problem in the first place.
