CEO Series: Interview with Top Clinic Owner Luke Gordon | Episode 214

In this one I interview Luke Gordon of Gordon PT. A seven Figure PT clinic that is the heartbeat of a beautiful town called Spokane in WA.

I have worked with Luke and his clinic for over three years and in that time I’ve watched his traditional clinic break away from the traditional methods of relying upon doctors to a more modern “direct marketing” approach that means Gordon PT acquires the majority of it’s own patients through their own marketing efforts.

Luke shares with you lots of lessons learned about escaping the doctors referrals trap, how he leverages something called “omnipresence” in his town, the challenges he’s faced since stepping back from patient care COMPLETELY and how he made the decision to a little bit more on marketing that allowed him to bring in an extra $20,000 per month.

We talk about employees and how employee problems are really your problems, lessons learned on not tracking numbers and how to recognize when it’s time to grow past where you are now.

Enjoy the show.
