“Should We Speak To Patients Differently?” : Staff Training | Episode 202
In this staff training session from the recent 5 cities in 5 days, east coast book signing tour, you will be tuning in as Paul speaks at a clinic in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey, about how patients should be treated the second they contact your clinic.
It’s important to remember that each patient that calls your clinic has their own specific need for what they are seeking treatment for, meaning that you must speak to and treat them differently to ensure them that they are making the right decision.
Or even worse, if a patient does hire you because you were the first clinic they saw online, and this preeminence and trust wasn’t built with them, their uncertainty will be expressed through them questioning your treatment, leading to them dropping off their plan of care, which none of you want.
